Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LogoFast.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Description of Service

LogoFast.app is a free online platform that provides logo generation, favicon creation, and Open Graph image generation services. The Service allows users to create, customize, and download professional brand assets for personal and commercial use.

Use License

Permitted Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and use the Service for personal or commercial purposes
  • Create logos, favicons, and Open Graph images using our tools
  • Download and use the generated assets in your projects
  • Modify and customize the generated assets as needed

Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Service
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Intellectual Property Rights

Generated Content

You retain all rights to the logos, favicons, and images you create using our Service. Once generated and downloaded, these assets are yours to use as you see fit, including for commercial purposes.

Service Content

The Service itself, including but not limited to its design, code, templates, features, and functionality, is owned by LogoFast.app and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Content

Some fonts, icons, or design elements available through the Service may be subject to third-party licenses. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable third-party licenses.

User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for any content you input into the Service, including text, images, and other materials. You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to use the content you provide
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your content does not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful material
  • Your content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. LOGOFAST.APP MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGOFAST.APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LogoFast.app and its licensors, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party

Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LogoFast.app regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and LogoFast.app relating to your use of the Service.
